Metal every week? We come and get it.
A container dropped at your site, collected when full and replaced with an empty one. Every collection is weighed on our bridge. Collection, demolition, site clearance: a single point of contact.
The container
Five steps, then the cycle starts again
Step 1
Dropped at your site, by us
We agree on the size and the spot. The container arrives by lorry; you have nothing to arrange.
Step 2
Filled by you, at your pace
Weekly, monthly or as the works progress: the container waits until you have filled it.
Step 3
Collected full, replaced with an empty one
One call is enough. The full one leaves, an empty one takes its place, you do not stop.
Step 4
Weighed on our bridge, full then empty
The lorry is weighed on arrival and on departure: the net weight is the weighbridge's, not an estimate.
Step 5
Invoiced at the rate of the weighing day
The ticket records the tare, the net weight, the type and the rate applied that day; the invoice lists the tickets.
Then the cycle starts again with the empty container.
The professional price list
Three tiers, per kilo
The counter rate is the private customers' rate. Businesses have their own tier, regular deliveries of more than five tonnes a third. Non-ferrous metals follow the international quotations updated every morning; ferrous prices are set by us.
- 1
Counter
The rate displayed at the yard every morning, the same for everyone who brings metal in.
- 2
Pro
For businesses that entrust us with their metal regularly.
- 3
Large volumes
For regular deliveries of more than five tonnes, sites included.
The tier applied is agreed before the first collection and shown on every ticket.
